PLACING ORDERS

Marabans Ltd will endeavour to ensure that any priced item on the Website are available for delivery as per the timescale on the Website.

Items such as coffee machines that require a price to be quoted cannot be ordered online. You will need to complete and submit the price enquiry form and a member of the Marabans team will contact you to discuss prices, options and delivery.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard orders or orders eligible for free delivery must be placed before 11am for same day dispatch and 2-5 day standard delivery. Order placed after 11am will be shipped the following working day.

Upgraded Premium Courier orders must be placed before 11am for same day dispatch and next working day delivery. Order placed after 11am will be shipped the following working day.

Marabans Ltd accept no liability for non-next working day delivery and will not under any circumstance compensate for said non delivery 

OUR DELIVERY PROMISE

We aim to get your delivery to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We use Royal Mail, and Major Courier Partners for the majority of our consignments.

Royal Mail Standard 2-5 day delivery                  £3.99

Courier Premium Service (Next Business Day – UK Mainland) £6.99

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges are calculated from the total price of the all items ordered, this is automatically calculated in the shopping cart for you.

Orders values under £50 incur a delivery charge, orders above £50 are not subject to any standard  delivery charge.

Upgraded Premium Courier Carriage Charges can be added at the Check Out.

Please Note: additional delivery charges apply for delivery to the Channel isles or Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Ireland & Scottish borders. Please call us to get a quote for delivery if you require delivery to these areas.

REFUNDS & RETURNED PRODUCTS

We will endeavour to deal with any refunds in a prompt manner. We will issue refunds to the debit/credit card used to place the order.

INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED ITEMS

If you receive incorrectly supplied goods, we will offer a prompt replacement, refund or alternative item to the same value. Contact us within 14 days, quoting the order number, and we will arrange for the uplift of incorrect goods and delivery of correct goods.

PRODUCTS NOT REQUIRED

We provide as much information on our products as possible to allow customers to make an informed decision for purchases. If however, you require to return any product, you may do so at any time up to 14 days starting the day after you receive your delivery.

We cannot cover return postage costs. Items should be returned to us by Recorded Delivery or equivalent service. You may obtain a proof of posting at any post office, this is free of charge.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Please ensure you inspect any goods prior to signing for delivery. Any visible damage should be noted and the delivery signed for as damaged. If an inspection is not possible please ensure you sign for goods ‘unexamined’ allowing us to lodge claims with our delivery agents. Sending a photo of damaged goods, will enable us to deal with your issue quickly. Damaged goods should be reported to us with 24 hours of receiving the delivery. We will arrange for the collection and inspection of goods. Should we, upon receipt of items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods. Marabans Ltd will pay redelivery costs for damaged goods.
